2. AI Model & Zero-Retention Data Processing

When developing autonomous agents, chatbots, and neural search pipelines for your business:

• Zero Public Model Training: We mandate enterprise agreements with foundation model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock). Your data and prompts are never used to train public models.
• Isolated Vector Indexing: Embeddings generated from your internal documentation are stored in dedicated, tenant-isolated vector namespaces with AES-256 encryption.
• Transient Execution: Agent scratchpad memories and function payloads are discarded immediately following task completion.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you explicitly provide during scoping sessions, booking forms, and engineering communication (such as names, business email addresses, company entity names, and technical requirements).

4. Security & Storage

We maintain industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. All data transfers occur over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. Access to client staging repositories and credentials is restricted to authorized engineering personnel via multi-factor authentication.
