1. Services & Engagement
Ikonic Labs provides bespoke software engineering, artificial intelligence agent architecture, and product development services under mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW). All engagements specify clear milestones, deliverables, and performance criteria.
2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of final milestone payment, full and exclusive intellectual property rights, copyright, and title to all custom-developed software, agent configurations, prompts, and design assets transfer permanently and unconditionally to the Client.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all proprietary business data, trade secrets, system architectures, and technical documentation with strict confidentiality. Non-disclosure obligations survive project completion indefinitely.
4. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
Every production delivery includes a 30-day technical warranty during which Ikonic Labs will resolve any defects, software bugs, or performance regressions matching the agreed specification at zero additional cost.
